Weightloss/Exercise with 2 MO baby?😬
For most of my life, at my heaviest I’ve been 130. Then, about two years ago I steadily started gaining weight after getting a more sedentary job and no workouts really. By the time I got pregnant this year I was 150 and by the end of pregnancy I was 205 at 5’4”. Two months out I’m around 180 now and I would like to at least lose 20 pounds/tone up and get more fit. I’ve lost a lot my strength and endurance this year.
I’m breast feeding and slowllly getting into a schedule getting chores and cooking done but finding time to work out is more challenging, especially since my husband works long hours. Any tips are greatly appreciated!
