Is tanning okay while pregnant?

I’m 29 weeks. I’m laying in the sun but it’s not too hot and there’s a nice breeze and some cloud cover every few minutes. Is it okay for me to sit here? Will baby get too hot?

Tanning in the sun is perfectly ok tanning in a bed is a no go.

Depends on the temp- if it’s in the 70-80’s you should be fine for a bit (and lucky you bye! It’s like 37 here and raining for me lol) .. the only risk for the baby is raising your internal body temperature too much. Make sure you stay hydrated!
