So I had my baby and I was 202

Super depressed. And I was always emotionally eating, and just eating for comfort. But one day I got sick of feeling lazy and depressed so I Changed my lifestyle.

I cut sugar and salt

I cut my portions

I did a 4 day juice detox,

Took apple cider vinegar pills

Garcia Cambodia pills

Low carbs

I fasted everyday until 4pm

I also cut late night snacking

No emotional eating

No bored eating

No soda

Only water

No late night snacking

Never ate past 8pm

And I went to the gym at least once a week

For an hour

.. I lost about 25 pounds from dieting with little exercise. Then after all that I paid like 6900 for lipo and a bbl.. when I woke up off the table I was 178 the same weight I had before surgery.

I lost about 8 pounds since my surgery 5 months ago. I think I’m going to commit to losing another ten and then I’ll be done with my weight loss journey.

Even before my surgery I wasn’t happy with my body. I knew that if I kept going to the gym my Butt was going to keep getting smaller and smaller and I didn’t want that. I did what I believed was my best attempt to get close to my weight goal before surgery.

And I’m glad I did. I love my new body it took me two years to look like this and I feel amazing. My mentality is in a way better place now.
