Period

I’m so mad and confused my period was suppose to start yesterday only a lil came out and turn brown so ig it was old blood but nothing else came out after that but when I wipe it looks pink like I’m spotting so I took a dollar pregnancy test and it said negative I’m highly pissed because I’m confused if it don’t come on at all this week I’m getting a blood test but pregnancy test don’t lie seem

Like after I had my twins I can’t get pregnant anymore that’s how I feel I even got checked for my cervix and etc they didn’t see nun wrong so idk
