BBT or opk ??

What do you trust more or is more accurate lh strips or bbt? I always get so confused? My lh strip will be dark a few days earlier than what my bbt shows according to my Ava bracelet

Bbt for me. But, I will underline that I get up at pretty much the same time every day.

Opks just let you know when your about to ovulate within 12-48 hours. They do not tell you if you ovulated or when you ovulated. BBT confirm ovulation and dpo and let’s you know when your period is coming if your temp drops. If your temp stays high after a missed period then there’s a chance you could be pregnant.

Use them together to get the clearest picture. I’ve missed an LH surge but confirmed O by BBT, and also been able to identify when O likely occurred with OPK when BBT was off due to poor sleep. Both have value and limitations.

I trust BBT because my OPKs can give me false positives. 
Having positive OPKs a few days before a temp rise is totally normal.

OPKs. Bbt is so unreliable and has to be consistent and I just didn't have patience or time to deal with all that 🤣
