Should I be worried?

I am 4 weeks, 5 days today. I have been having cramps for a couple days now below my belly button but now it’s also on the left side and it’s sharp should I be concerned?

Im in the exact same boat and called my OB office yesterday. They explained that one ovary may still be hormonally supporting the pregnancy as the placenta develops more. Totally normal and may even be a good sign! 
Call if the pain is severe and if you start bleeding (although this can be normal too).

I’m cramping off and on as well but I’m only 4 weeks. Just keep trying having a positive mind 🥴 it’s so hard too !
