8 weeks pregnant

I have 5 days till my first ob appointment. I’m worried as my breasts are still sore but not as sore as they were in the beginning, I have nausea but not constant. I’m still constantly tired. I don’t really pee a lot I don’t think? And I’m always thirsty no matter what. I had light pink spotting yesterday but everyone told me it was cause I had sex, and not to worry cause their wasn’t red blood or pain associated. Has anyone else experienced this and everything be fine?
