What did you do to conceive ?

For any ladies that struggled to conceive and had unexplained infertility what did you do to conceive? I’ve been trying to conceive for 2 years and my doctor said nothing is wrong with me or my fiancé and to keep trying. Idk what to do next. I cannot afford ivf.

Fertility acupuncture, stayed healthy with eating and exercise, monitored my basal body temps and used OPKs. But I didn’t have fertility problems i had just had a miscarriage

We ended up doing IUI. Both times were successful but the first resulted in miscarriage. My son will be 1 on the 16th 😃

We did IUI after unexplained diagnosis bc the insurance would not pay towards IVF until after 6 medicated cycles(3 of these were Clomid cycles with TI at home bc of covid) then 3 IUIs and the 3rd worked.

I would say.. I stopped stressing about it. I tried so hard for 6 months to track ovulation and to time everything perfectly. The one month that I gave it up and stopped stressing, I fell pregnant! Good luck TTC! 💖

Try getting ovulation kits to track when you ovulate , also it always happens when your aren’t trying try not to make making a baby a job just do it .. it will happen when you least expect it good luck

First pregnancy- IVF. Second pregnancy- literally nothing, weren’t trying, I was 4 months PP and we just had sex.. it was my first time ovulating since I got pregnant with my son.

My husband and I tried for 10 years. I loss weight and changed my eating habits. And he stopped smoking cigarettes. We also were more financially comfortable so we weren't stressing out as much. And it just happened.
