We are pregnant!!!

We have been trying for 3 years. I’m 36 years old. I had surgery last summer to help with fertility issues. I have one completely blocked Fallopian tube. Chronic pelvic pain. Pelvic congestion syndrome, list goes on . It’s been an uphill battle. I was also diagnosed with interstitial cystitis on top of it all this past Fall. It’s been a frustrating and emotional few years. I almost gave up and we were planning to pursue IVF. I finally resigned that it just wasn’t in the cards for us to conceive naturally. We didn’t even try as much this December. But -New Years eve morning I decided to take a test, I was 5 days late and I was planning to drink a lot that evening - so I wanted piece of mind. Figured I was just a little late as it happens sometimes - well, I took the test and it came back POSITIVE. I took 2 more both positive. I took one more today (different brand) and still positive. I still can’t believe it. I cried tears of joy. I’m elated but also terrified. I’ve never been pregnant before - I want to be excited but also not too hopeful. It’s an odd place to be. Happy and grateful but also still in shock. Im still processing. I can’t believe it’s real. We have our 1st doctors appt in a few weeks. So grateful for all the community posts and blogs. They helped. All the best community ♥️
