Baby shoes

Ok so as a FTM, this was the biggest struggle/disappointment so far. I wasted a TON of newborn shoes cause they are USELESS... and now she’s in a 3 or 4, who the F knows..... because I can’t shove her SMALL but fat foot into anything and then the bigger size is way too big. Any moms with older kids who can give me show suggestions that :

A) go on EASY

and

B) STAY ON while they’re walking or even while I’m carrying her

Please post pics of shoe suggestions .... I wanted to stay away from crocs but it seems like the easiest option. Also it’s almost always warm where I am so I don’t need shoes for warmth, hence she is always barefoot. But soon she’s gonna wanna go down and walk in public and I don’t want her feet filthy
