Anyone know what this is??

When my son woke up this morning he has these little red spots on his chest, stomach and upper arms. They aren't raised and they weren't there before he went to bed last night. He isn't running a fever and seems to be perfectly fine otherwise..

Any new food or detergent/cleaner/softener etc you tried recently? Maybe allergies
