HELP! Is this a miscarriage?!

Question

So I am about 7 weeks pregnant with baby #3. My middle child is 11 months old and still breastfeeds so I get mild contractions all the time when he feeds. 
Yesterday, I started getting a bad cramp in my left side and then I spotted light pink all night. I woke up this morning and went pee and wiped....it was full of a bright red blood. I’m really scared and I am too afraid to go to the ER. 
Anyone have this and end up with a healthy baby?! I’ve already announced our pregnancy and my daughter who is 3 is already so attached and kisses my belly. Please anyone!

I feel that I am ok with talking about all this now. So I did have a miscarriage. I went to the ER that day and the bleeding just got heavier. By the time I had my scan at the ER the baby was already gone and there was just a “yolk sac” left. We are completely devastated and now realize how much we would like to have a 3rd baby. We are currently trying again so please pray for us. We are so scared for this to happen again. 
The cause of the miscarriage is unknown. I don’t know if it was the fact that I was breastfeeding or cause I’ve had 2 C-Sections and the scar tissue is too severe.....but whatever the reason I feel to blame even though everyone is telling me it wasn’t me. 
I truly appreciate all you wonderful ladies commenting and trying to easy my mind. Thank you and God bless you❤️

I had bleeding like that with my second. I thought it was a miscarriage but it wasn’t. As long as it’s not enough to fill up a pad. I’m not sure if that’s the case for you or not but hopefully your little one is okay! Keep us updated!

I started having cramps when I was breastfeeding and pregnant and the doctor ordered me to stop immediately. He said not to even pump anymore. He said that some women can breastfeed through early pregnancy without a problem but some women it can trigger contractions/preterm labor and a lot of issues, unfortunately.

Def go to the ER. I heard breast feeding does cause contractions. Have you had a scan already?

I don't know what ended up happening for you, but please don't think that you caused a miscarriage to happen. When I was 15 weeks pregnant with my second child I had a PPROM and didn't lose my baby. It was very touch and go but I asked my doctor if I should quit nursing my toddler and he said no. There is nothing that you did to cause this, and there is nothing you can do to prevent losing the pregnancy going forward. Please be gentle with yourself. You did not cause the bleeding by breastfeeding. ❤️

I am having the same thing right now and completely freaking out. I had a miscarriage exactly a year ago and finally was able to get pregnant again and now at 6 weeks and 5 days I feel like I am losing another baby. My heart is breaking

You have to go to the doctor. Yes it could be miscarriage but it could be something else too.
