Retractions? Sick baby

Is there anywhere I can post a video and have people watch it and let me know what they think?? My son is 4 months old today and has had a cold since after Christmas, everyone in the house has also had a cold, myself included. We’ve tried a humidifier, Zarbees baby chest rub, I’ve been suctioning his nose, it seems to be getting worse though. I called his doctor on Thursday and was only able to get a zoom call and his doctor said it was a milk allergy and advised us to switch his formula. He’s got a runny nose and green/yellow boogers, he’s got a nasty persistent cough, he’s wheezing when he breathes, and I can’t tell if he’s having retractions or not and I don’t know any doctors or nurses to ask and his doctors office is closed.
