Had anybody created an Amazon Registry for baby #2?

On the mobile app you need to click on the “benefits” link within the registry page to view the coupon. They don’t give it to you until 60 days before the due date you provided. 
As for the registry gift, someone or you have to spend like $10 on something from your registry. To order the gift you have to click on that “benefits” link again and you’ll see a note for the gift. It took a few weeks to arrive and really wasn’t that great. Some samples, a onesie, a light blanket/swaddle and maybe a bottle. That was about it.
