I'm nerves now

Hi lady's I went for a scan this morning seen the yolk sac at 5 weeks 4 days also there was two sacks one with a yolk sac one without but she told me not twins a d I have some bleeding around the uterus it could this be the second sac I seen I'm so nerves it all going to go wrong
