Hello everyone! I’m wondering how you got started? Exercises for those beginning that won’t put too much stress on the body. I’m 280 and have been that for quite sometime now. I have body pain all the time and a hard time breathing walking up the stairs. The breathing can also be caused because I smoke cigarettes but I am trying to quit. I want to start loosing weight to help with my TTC journey but mainly for my health. I have a 6 yo boy and I can not keep up with him. Any advice y’all can give would be appreciated.
