Nervous it’s happening again

So I was too impatient to wait for my first doctors appointment so I booked a private ultrasound for me and my husband. I’m 7+4 and I know the exact day I ovulated and I got a positive pregnancy test 10 days later. It was an abdominal ultrasound and she could only see the sac and nothing in it. She kept trying to tell me maybe I’m just earlier but it’s not all that fees I left. I had a MC in august and one in October. The one in august started this exact same way and now I’m freaking out.

How am I supposed to wait calmly for 10 days to find out it happened again?!
