Orgasm wall?

Help me please

Everytime my partner and i have sex i get soo close to having an orgasm and then it feels like i hit a brick wall and cant get any closer to actually cumming. We've tried soo many different toys, positions, foreplay, rough/sensual and time of day but nothing seems to change and its really starting to bring me down because he can even only sometimes make the magic happen with oral or just fingers and even when i try to take charge i get nowhere.... how on earth do i break down my orgasm blocking wall and at least get off some of the time
