Chemical/MC bloodwork

Tested positive and had blood work done to confirm pregnancy. This was Thursday and they checked HCG and Progesterone and my results were “exactly what they expect for an early pregnancy of a little over 4 weeks”. They did not tell me my numbers (should have asked) and asked me to retest on Monday after the holiday. Saturday I started spotting and by Sunday I was having as much as a reg period. Still bleeding like a reg period now but went for bw as scheduled in case by some miracle it’s still viable. I planned on telling the nurse about the bleeding when I got my results but of course they did not call today. I mainly want to know will my bw today confirm a chemical, if that’s the case, since I’ve been bleeding for 2 days?
