Is it wrong to think one of your children is more attractive than the other?

Question

One of my friends mum acknowledged that there’s always “one runt of the litter” and acknowledged one of her children is less attractive than her others.  
Maybe an extreme example, but do most parents acknowledge one of their children being better looking? 
Is it ok to think it as long as you don’t say?

I think everyone is human you can’t help how you feel, but you can keep that shit to yourself.

How are you supposed to stop yourself from thinking the obvious? If you think all of your kids are equally attractive, you’re likely fooling yourself. But yeah, you shouldn’t be telling your kids that or favoring any because of it.

I personally just don’t know how it’s possible to think that. I find both of my kids so beautiful. I cannot imagine thinking one was cuter or more attractive.

It makes me sad.  
I feel love for babies and children that I honestly believe they’re all equally beautiful.  
I understand there is a conventional beauty standard, that varies in different locations, that one could compare physical looks to, but the innocence of children just completely dissolves that away for me making it an impossibility to make a judgement like that on them.  And when people make that type of judgement on them, it just makes me sad.

I don't know yet. All four of my kids are legitimately attractive kids - way better looking than their parents! But only one has hit puberty so far and that can drastically change how a person looks, so we'll see.

Everyone has thoughts and opinions. Everyone has different ideas of what’s attractive and what’s not. It’s nbd. 
Don’t voice those thoughts and as long as you love your kids , whatever then.

I think there’s no way to prevent the thought, but you shouldn’t be telling ANY of your kids you think one is uglier or dumber or anything along those lines.

My mom pointed it out and would also point out how my one sister was the smart one she is a real bitch and I’m estranged from her. I think this depends on if it’s in front of the kids.

That's pretty basic nature you can't help but see. What matters is you're not letting the kids feel any less beautiful.
