How do you keep from getting BV when TTC?

My partner keeps giving me BV 😓 We’re exclusive and have been TTC for like two months. It seems like every time we have sex I get BV afterwards. The doctor didn’t really have any advice for me, just gave me antibiotics which made it turn into a yeast infection. But now I have it again and I’m using boric acid suppositories so hopefully that works. Does anyone have any advice about this?

I would get on a really good probiotic. Like an expensive one that needs refrigeration!

I get then monthly, then taking the antibiotics and I get yeast. Everytime. Next time ask for the yeast meds the same time you get the antibiotics. Doctors know that antibiotics tweaking the body and that's why it happens. So next time ask for both knowing out an extra week of infections. Also. My doctor says PROBIOTICS AND LESS SUGAR. and me drinking more water less sugar is helping.
