Negative test

Got my solid smiley on the 17th BD on the 15th and 17th and 18th and 20th and rest of that week I haven’t started my period took a test today came back negative. Haven’t really been feeling anything no pregnancy nor pms symptoms only thing I’ve felt was a sharp pain every now and then on my right nipple and twinge pricking near my left pelvic area and lower pains that travel from one side to the other.
