Possible threatened miscarriage

Has anyone had a threatened miscarriage and it gone on to be fine?

I'm roughly 6 weeks and went into ER due to a persistent headache (4 days currently) and had some spotting all of yesterday with one stringy bit before at the hospital. How was the bleeding/spotting when you had your threatened MC? I'll post a tmi photo of the stringy bit. Its only been when I've wiped. But the doctor did a speculum exam and said that the bleeding was coming from inside the cervix. My partner and I had intercourse Monday night when the spotting started and all I can think is did I cause this? Any bleeding photos of either outcome would be appreciated.
