Preg Symptoms?

Im currently 10dpo I want to test but I feel like its too early. My left boob has been tender and I havent been able to sleep. Was nauseous last night and this morning but it could’ve just been because my stomach was empty. Headaches. Is it too early to feel anything am I being paranoid? Can I test now with accuracy?
Edit: period is 5days away(on time every month) I just noticed the tiniest brown discharge on panty liner

My only symptom around that time was crying and sore boobs but everyones different you can test though it’s possible you might get a vfl!

The only symptom I had 11dpo was slightly sore boobs, everything else came around 6 weeks. But if you think these are symptoms test

You can go ahead and test it could be a bit to early tho I got my positive when my period was 7 days late
