Is it okay to still care about an ex?  Although yall not together but they have a partner ? How much is too much ..?

Answer

It's okay to care for someone, including an ex. But it's not ok to attempt to get together while one is in a relationship or when there are still unresolved feelings. It isn't fair to anyone. 
I still care for many of my exes but I'm with someone else because I understand they are my exes. I can care for them but that boat left the harbour.
