PLEASE READ‼️

On December 8th I lost my daughter at 15 weeks. I had a d&c on the 9th and I put that as my CD1. I bled for about a week (very light brown) and then was cleared by my doctor to go ahead a ttc. I took ovulation strips solely to be able to try and track when my next period would come, and I got my peak and a positive (after a few days of negatives so I know it wasn’t left over HCG) on December 25th, so ovulation say was the 26th. I am 10dpo and I am having such bad lower back pain and a full feeling in my uterus, much like it was when I found out I was pregnant the first time. Also TMI, but I have had an increase of watery/creamy yellowish cm. I’m too scared to test and I know it is far fetched, but has anyone gotten pregnant quickly after a miscarriage and before your next period? My mom did with me (I’m her rainbow baby🥰), but I’m curious to hear others stories. Has anyone experienced anything similar to my situation? Thank you!!
