My first uti

So I’ve had a uti for a about 4 days because I researched it and it said if I drank fluids it would flush out within 24-48 hrs so I left it. However I still have it, so I’m going to call the doctors first thing in the morning for some antibiotics, however I’ve just gone to the toilet and I sat there for a while, then when I wipe a small amount of blood was on the toilet paper. What could this mean?! I’m also not suffering from any pain, I just have discomfort (felling the need to always pee)
