Boil or blood blister?

I see my OB tomorrow and will ask, then probably make an appointment with a “normal” doctor. But I have this bump right under my 37 week pregnant belly and right above my pubic area. The first day I noticed it, it hurt SO bad. It’s been 3 days of putting boil ease on it and warm compressions but nothing is happening besides it hurts less (unless I push on it). There is no “head” on it and it feels really soft and squishy. I’m starting to lean more towards it being a blood blister. Has anyone experienced this? There’s no way I’m popping it, but wasn’t sure if there’s any other ways to treat this at home.

Also, I’ve had a boil before, 5 years ago. It had to be cut and drained because it was causing awful pain. But I’m really hoping to avoid that while pregnant.
