Weird post partum stuff

Ok this is a long one lol. I had my daughter in 2018 and when she was 2 months old I rushed to the er with stomach pain. I had a ct and everything looked good so they sent me home. The dr said it was my irritable bowel acting up and as soon as I had my first post partum period things went back to normal. Fast forward to last week and I’m now 2 months post partum with my second baby. Same exact pain but way stronger so I head to urgent care. They do a repeat ct to rule out appendicitis and a ton of blood work and say nope everything is normal it must be your ibs acting up again. I have switched providers since my last baby and now have access to my records online so I was checking out my ct report and it said “no reason for acute abdominal pain, small unchanged umbilical hernia and continued mild splenomegaly of approx 15cm”. It also had my old ct from 2 years ago which said the exact same thing except it was

“Mild splenomegaly of 14.5 cm”. Also all blood work from both visits was normal except my ferritin which was 6 (I should add it’s been an issue my entire life due to heavy periods). What the flip is mild splenomegaly? The dr didn’t even mention it to me. Is it serious? Should I be following up with my pcp? I followed up with my old dr after my er visit 2 years ago and he said ct looked normal 🤷‍♀️
