6dpo positive HPT ???

Question

How is it possible for women to have a positive hpt at 6 or 7dpo while implantation doesn’t take place till 6-8 or sometimes 6-10
Are they really tracking their ovulation correctly or am I broken and don’t ever get HCG build up that early ?

They have to be mistaken on when they ovulated.

I had a super faint positive at 7 DPO. I did t track with OPK’s, but I was going by the app. I’m very regular, I’ve been tracking my periods for more than 10 years, not the whole time on this app, but needless to say, I know around when I ovulate. I even thought maybe I was off by a few days and ovulated a little earlier. All of my US’s so far though have said baby is measuring right on with my LMP. I guess I still could have ovulated earlier but I would think that baby would be measuring a little bigger. By 8 DPO the line was easy to distinguish that it was positive. At 7 DPO it was so light I thought it was an indent.

I’ve had a positive at 8dpo. I’m positive on when I ovulated because I take fertility medicine and do a trigger shot. I’ve also had a positive at 14, 10, and 12dpo. I think it’s all dependent on how quickly after ovulation implantation happens. I’m not sure how anyone would know early than that though.

My last pregnancy I got a BFP at 7dpo. I did track my ovulation and did it only on the days I was ovulating. My first ultrasound the yolk sac was visible I was 6 weeks it’s possible. Good luck to you 🥰
