Parent gifts for wedding

So I’m getting married in June 2021 and I’m trying to figure out parent gifts. Here’s where it gets tricky, my fiancé was adopted by his great aunt and uncle at 15 and every gift I can find for mother/father of the groom mentions having raised him. Although we both consider them as parents and I’ve always said his aunt is like another mom and I have continued to call her my mother-in-love because it’s more than legally that she’s my mom, He was raised up when they got him so it doesn’t make sense. I’m also trying to figure out what an appropriate gift for them would be to maybe get something like a necklace for his aunt and writing my own message to go with it?
