How long do I wait ?

How long into a relationship should you wait before you say “ I love you” and also how long before I can start making a move for a little more “romantically”? if you know what I mean 😉

I think that's a conversation you should have with your significant other. Especially about the romance part.
My husband and I were saying I love you before we even started dating and continued into the relationship. It was just natural for us. I loved him then and I love him now. 
The romance aspect we talked about openly throughout our relationship about what we wanted and how far we wanted to go.

When you actually love him? Lol. I recently started dating someone new and he had slipped up and said I love you twice but I think it's just out of habit... just like "bye babe love you". But I've told him I dont want him to say it until he really feels it and really wants to say it to me.

It’s really down to the people in the relationship. 
Are you still dating or official in a relationship and if so how long for. 
Personally sex would happen a lot soon then saying i love you that would be a few months down the line 
Make the move when you feel comfortable so he know your interested in it moving that way but make sure he is in the same page

There's no set timelime for either of those things.  If you're comfortable saying I love you then say it. If you're comfortable with more physical intimacy then make your move and be respectful of your partner if they aren't ready for it.
