How would it be dna from your last pregnancy? But honestly I wouldn’t trust sneak peak. The only blood test I would trust is one through your doctors office, they are way more accurate.

I got a boy result from sneak peak. I also already have a boy at home. Ultrasound confirmed it was another boy

If you had the blood drawn at a clinic, I’d say its pretty likely you are having a boy. But obviously a scan will tell you later on. 
If you did it at home, it could be contamination from boys in your household. 
But no boy DNA doesn’t stay in your bloodstream after birth. How do you then explain people who have girls after a boy and have only girl DNA in their blood.

You had it done clinically so it’s more accurate than you doing it at home on your own.

I’ve never had it done but if you did it in a clinic then as long as it wasn’t done by a guy then it won’t be contaminated.

It could be contaminated that can and does happen but it’s not left over DNA from your last pregnancy.
