36 weeks pregnancy

Hello I am 36 weeks pregnant but Always had symptoms like flu but I am not sick, it alwasy come and go since pregnancy. Its like an allergy but I dont know if I have allergy. Does anyone experience symptoms like me? Also hot flesh in my hands, cheeks.
