Washing machine is ruining all my bras!! What to do?

I can buy all new bras and wash them like two or three times And they are already ruined. I use push up bras..not a lot of padding but a little boost and by the third wash they become deformed and lose their shape.the padding that's in the bottom finds itself at the top along the ridge. I don't have enough time go wash them by hand but I'm wasting so much money on new bras.what am I suppose to do??
