Immature boyfriend

Hi everyone I’m expecting my first with my boyfriend in July. I’m going to jump right in so my bf lives his his parents and I live with mine and we are supposed sign the lease to our Apartment this coming week. I was at my bf house and he comes homes and brings me a milkshake that I asked for. He’s about to leave and I asked where are you going and he said he’s going to do Uber Eats and I think nothing of it. His mom comes home after he leaves and asked where he is and I said he’s out doing Uber Eats and she said well he took his car and from that moment I knew he lied bc he never uses his car for Uber Eats. I was getting ready to go home and I couldn’t find my keys and realized he took them.It’s getting late and I texted him saying that I need to get home and it’s getting late and he said he’s on his way. A hour goes by he doesn’t come but 3 hours later he comes back home. And it’s 12:45 at night and I said well I need to go home your parents doesn’t want me sleeping over so I have to respect that and he said no your sleeping over and I said no. So we spend 15 minutes going back and fourth and he finally gives me my keys with an attitude because I didn’t listen to him and sleep over. On my way home he text me saying if I can’t listen to him then we can be done bc he’s not going to move in with someone like me. I said this has to do with respecting your parents rule. You don’t want to respect them fine but I will. I told him as a man since you don’t like me driving late you should’ve been honest from the beginning to where you were going and give me my keys to go home. But hey I’m in the wrong for respecting the rule and not listening to him. It has to deal with maturity and respect and it looks like I’m the only one who has that.
