Do you feel dirty and or guilty after masterbating?

I always do and I jsut wanna know if anyone else does to.  Like is that normal.  I jsut always feel so weird and guilty

No I don’t. I firmly believe that feelings like this come from parents who didn’t allow you to explore your body at a young age. They may have made you feel shameful if they found you exploring yourself. They may have said stop doing that, or punished you for it and therefore made you think it was bad to do. There may also be a religious aspect involved.￼ So when you are told that something is bad, you grow up feeling guilty when you do it. I don’t feel this way because I had a mother who did not make me feel weird about exploring my body.￼ It’s normal and OK.￼

No, it’s natural and normal. Only time I would feel guilty is it’s in the wrong place or time.

Nope I wanted it and I did it and I throughly enjoy it! If I felt bad/dirty I wouldn’t do it.... spindly be worth it

I'm not even religious and I feel this way sometimes. I read that's quite normal. Just shake it off and keep up the good stuff 😁
