Baby has gray poop!?

My daughter is going on 11 months, and her poop looked like this this morning. It smelled really weird and strong like not even like poop. It was only a little bit but I’m still worried. Her poop has always been greenish in color that’s her normal.

I plan to call tomorrow because she had E. coli months ago (like 3-4 months ago) and her poops been nothing but diarrhea since. We’ve seen the dr 4 times for it and nothings working. Any ideas why her poop would be like this? Or how we can stop this diarrhea after this long!?
