Help! TW:

So I had a Miscarriage in December started bleeding the 7th and passed clots on the 11th and stopped bleeding on the 14th.... I was about 5 weeks and 4 days when I started bleeding and spotting so still very early. About day 29th I had positive ovulation test and the next day (30th) the app said peak so I’m not sure which day afterwards I would’ve ovulated the next day after that my LH surge was gone. But now I’m currently 11 DPO counting on I ovulated the 31st of December. So my question is when can I take a test considering I have no clue when my period will show up because of the last bleeding was due to miscarrying. I haven’t felt any symptoms of an oncoming period or pregnancy so I just don’t know how this works this was my first miscarriage I’ve had 2 other children with no issues during pregnancy at all so this is super new to me!! Please help!!
