Diarrhea

My baby girl has been pooping so much. Normally she goes 1-2 a day but yesterday it was 5-6 and they were more normal/watery.

She woke up this morning at 4:30 crying with another dirty diaper and just went again at 6.

I ran out at 5am for pedialtye which she is sipping. Her temp is reading 98 which is good but she does have a rash in her groin from pooping so much. She cries when i change her it’s so sad :(

Should i cal the dr? I’m not sure what else they can do besides telling me to keep her hydrated. Any suggestions? Or what i should feed her throughout the day to help
