I lost my baby 💔

The past week I have had on / off bleeding. Yesterday I experienced the worst pain I ever have felt and was crawling around in pain screaming and crying. Soon after I felt a popping sensation and the amount of blood I lost left my life hanging in the balance of the doctors and nurses that helped me last night. It genuinely has been the worst week of my life and myself and my partner I just distraught. This was our first baby so it’s really hit hard. I have to go back tomorrow for a scan to see if I have to have d&c / have tablets or if everything has come out naturally. I just don’t know how to heal from this, I’m just so utterly heartbroken
