Covid and pregnant

I’m 7 weeks 3 days today. And I think I have COVID. I don’t get tested until Wednesday and results Thursday but I have been quarantined because my boyfriends mom exposed me this passed weekend.

My body is very very fatigued and weak. Also my headache is really bad to.

I feel I have a bad case of allergies.

Is there any recommendations of what to take or do? I called my ob. But he said he will call me back.
