A little over 7 weeks ultrasound ❤️

So this is my first baby, I’m a little over 8 weeks now, In your opinion, does everything look great? I’m just so worried non stop about he/she... heartbeat was 144 🙂 my next ultrasound isn’t until feb 8th when I’m 12 weeks along, i just hope everything is still going smoothly, wish I could get an ultrasound every week or 2 just to be sure lol 😅 the nurse said it was in my uterus and it had a heartbeat so that’s good right now...
