Told parents and in-laws and my best friend. Telling the rest of the family on Christmas eve and Christmas day and then putting an announcement on Facebook on Christmas night

There are a few close friends and family who will find out immediately. My AF is due 12/16 so I am hoping to be able to share good news on Christmas morning:). But Facebook will have to wait until 12 weeks.
