38 weeks pregnant - FTM

Okay so, as a FTM I have absolutely no idea what to expect from labour and giving birth - and this might be a silly question. Anyway, I have been watching a few labour and delivery vlogs on YouTube and I was just wondering does everyone scream and yell when pushing? I want to have an unmedicated birth and I was feeling confident about it until I see/hear these women screaming and yelling. So yeah, I guess my question is... is the pain that bad (obviously i know it’ll be painful) that you can’t help but to scream and yell? Or does it come down to how you manage the pain and breathe through it?

No judgment or silly answers, please. I feel like this is a silly question but I am wanting to know and need to restore some confidence haha 😊 TIA.
