This is helping me with nausea
I’m prescribed B6 and some antacid. Im supposed to take the B6 every 6 hours but I noticed once I wait that long, the nausea had already kicked in, so I take it every 5 and 1/2hrs. That helps along with hot broth. I went to get Pho one day because I was craving it. Instead I got the broth with the rice noodles. After I ate that, it settled my tummy. I was good until the wee hours of the morning. But I slept good. So when I am getting that extra nauseous feeling (after taking the B6), I’ll drink some broth. Maybe every now and again I’ll add the rice noodles. I will also add that I do not drink or eat until I’m overly full or “full.” I eat the noodles and broth until I am content. At that just right line. If I push it over then I’ll get nauseous again. If your content line it “full,” do not push it to there. Just be content allow your food or broth to digest and eat something small like a snack. I hope this helps someone. Blessings to you all.
