Rash or allergy?

Hi! My little one turns one this weekend - this last week she finally popped her bottom two teeth and had a low fever for 2 days (been fine for 2 days now). The last two weeks I’ve been consistently adding milk to her formula bottle, though she’s eaten other dairy and tried a little bit of milk here and there before and haven’t seen any reactions. She’s also been on and off cranky but like I said those two teeth finally popped so I think it’s more related to that than anything, as Tylenol seemed to take the edge off when she was in a real bad mood.

So! I feel like there could be a few reasons why she has the rash:

- she had a full blown meltdown in her car seat and we live a little out of town so it was a long trip home, with crying she got pretty hot so maybe heat rash? That was yesterday afternoon and I noticed a few spots last night.

- maybe just caught a little bug (causing the fever, maybe the rash too?)

- slightly delayed reaction to milk?

If you’re baby has had bumps like this why ended up being the cause? She seems good otherwise so I’ll evaluate tomorrow and if it’s not looking any better we’ll be headed to the doctor. Thanks!
