Took this at 9:50 and the test line popped up dark immediately before the control line. I’m having watery discharge to where I feel like I’m peeing myself. Does this mean ovulation or is it near?

Yup, that's peak, where the test line is darker than the control. Ovulation is happening now or very soon :) Usually 12-36 hours after first positive, when the test line is just as dark as the control.
