What happens after 1 year ttc?

What's next? Please share your experiences! Onto cycle 12, I've had 2 mmc in 2019, but finally coming up to a year of trying with no luck. What do they do at the appointment? What are next steps? Ik the doctor said they will look at SO sperm, but what will they do with me? I do have endometriosis, and I had an HSG( and ultrasound) about 2 months ago and everything was fine, lining was good no blockages. Just curious if we start trying new things( like medications) immediately, or if it's just more trying on your own at home with opks( which I've already been doing)? Will they try another surgery to remove endo to see if that's what's causing it? Just curious thank you ladies
