Allergies have me in a lunch time rut
My Little guy is allergic to Soy, Fish, Egg & Peanut, which we’ve lived with for almost 2 years now & have a good handle on. Unfortunately his eczema has been really bad lately & his dr recommended eliminating dairy to see if it is the cause. A lot of the things we typically eat for lunch have been cut out. We often do leftovers at lunch, but I haven’t been making my typical dinners either lately & haven’t had as many leftovers.
We’ve been doing tomato soup, almond butter & jelly sandwiches & lunchmeat on rotation 😝. I always serve with a fruit and/or veggy, but especially if dairy is the culprit & we have to eliminate long term, i need some more/better options than this.
